- Our return policy allows for a 7-day window for returns.
- Regrettably, if more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- The return is required to be completed with our collection and delivery partner, Courier Guy. This is at the cost of the customer for South African locations only. Clarifying, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- We do not accept returns on undergarments, masks, perfumes, and/or items of a sensitive nature.
- We do not accept returns for items that may vary in color to the image on our website. Images can manipulate the color ever so slightly. If a customer has received the incorrect color or the incorrect order, this qualifies for a refund/return or exchange.
- Delivery later than 14 days is subject to review for a return/refund. If your item is delivered within the 14-day delivery window, your return reason of “late delivery” will be rejected.
- Should your delivery address be classed as a “high risk zone” by our delivery partner, Courier Guy, your delivery may be delayed past the 14-day delivery window, and this may be considered for refund/return, either being approved or rejected at the sole discretion of Smart Labels.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Should your return be approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund time can vary depending on the method of payment used however, it usually takes 3-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Please note that all refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We will gladly exchange an item for you, provided we have the item and size available.
- Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address unless advised otherwise.
Store Credit
- Please note that you can choose a store credit when returning your purchase. The store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card. Note that this gift card does not expire.

Damaged/ Defective items
- If you have received an item that you believe is damaged, or if a product demonstrates qualities of being defective, contact us at [email protected]
- Note that every product returned will be carefully inspected and possibly sent back to the supplier for inspection.
- If an item is deemed defective, we will gladly process a refund, exchange or store credit.
Incorrect Items
- If you have received an item that you did not order or an incorrect size, please contact us at s[email protected].
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
